Do you take equity?

Absolutely not. We charge an annual membership fee based on current revenues and investment, based on which ever is highest, i.e. if you are pre-revenue but have raised over £1m in investment, your annual membership fee would be £2000.

Do you charge for anything else?

We charge additional fees in the rare event Manoj functions as Chief Strategy Officer or Chief Investment Officer. In these situations the compensation could be 50% equity and 50% in cash.

Do I pay separately for Partner Services?

Yes. Whilst we have a role to play in ensuring successful delivery, your contract will directly be with the partner. Please note in most cases Techcelerate earns a commission of up to 10% of the contract value.

Would you raise investment if I join?

I’m afraid not. It’s vital to build a trusted relationship with us first before we can explore fundraising by us. However, we can list you on Deal Lite for investors to discover you, as well as use Deal Lite to identify the best-fit investors for the stage you are in and the market segment you fall into.

Do you only help UK tech companies?

Absolutely. Techcelerate Membership is only available to UK tech companies. However, you are welcome to subscribe to Deal Lite, SkilledUp Life and Progress Hero, in case you are not a UK tech company. 

Is there a money back guarantee?

No. Techcelerate is a membership organisation and a micro company. Value derived is directly proportional to the extent of your engagement. Techcelerate membership fees are non refundable. Make sure Techcelerate is right for you before joining us.
