Techcelerate Workshop 56 – Story of Malinko and Lessons from Exit to Civica

Today, we had the fortune to discuss the Exit Malinko had to Civica and why it’s important to always be prepared for Exit in case the opportunity arose.

Whilst Malinko’s exit is no accident, two exits I had (Northern Tech Awards to GP Bullhound and edocr.com to Tampa based Accusoft, Inc) were by direct approaches when the assets were not groomed for exits.
