Customer Support

Zendesk was started in a Copenhagen loft by three friends who used an old kitchen door as a desk. They wanted to bring a bit of Zen to the chaotic world of customer support. And they wanted to do it with software that was nice to look at and easy to use. Since then Zendesk has grown into support 119,000 customers in 160 countries and has been listed on NYSE since 2014.

Accountancy Software

Xero started the journey by listing in New Zealand Stock Exchange, and then becoming the dominant player in Australasia before taking on UK dominant player Sage in the UK. Then they moved to the US to take on Intuit. Today, Xero is used by 1.2 million subscribers generating NZ$295 million revenues with 500+ add-ons with customers in 180+ countries.
