We started by tackling the definition of customer and immediately had a disagreement.

According to Manoj (me),

Customer is an entity or a person that actually pays to consume your product or service. Customer is not someone who uses your product or service free. When you pay, there is an obligation on the supplier to provide the service or product as advertised.
