What it does

• Rules in plain English: write rota rules in everyday language and AI turns them into formal rules.
• Rotas in minutes: generates complete rotas deterministically, and re-scores live as you make changes.
• Shows its working: a rule ledger explains how each rule was applied, and any assignment can be clicked to see its fit and how it ranks against every alternative.
• Self-service for clinicians: clinicians view rotas and manage their own availability.

Wefen is built by Workforce Innovation Solutions Ltd, co-founded by Andrew Threlfall, who previously built and exited Malinko, and Kyle Hind. It is based at Bruntwood SciTech’s Centurion House on Deansgate, Manchester.
