Getting not just one but two workshops out

On 30th May 2019, we ran two workshops back to back focusing on Idea to Product Launch and Startup Financials.
The first workshop on Idea to Product Success (much better title than Product Launch) was run by Manoj Ranaweera with assistance from Alexandra Morris, and attended by the Founders of Holm Care, Tontio, Flight Patrol, Social Plug, MakeUrMove and BlocAssist.
There were differing viewpoints on how to build a product and company to how to finance it. One founder was keen on proving as much as possible and optimise the value proposition before a line of code was written and others were quick to develop their Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and secure early adopters. As expected, what is an MVP was also debated at length.
