Aaron & Partners is a North West law firm that combines legal expertise with business acumen. Its corporate team acts for owner-managed businesses and their investors, and has supported Techcelerate tech founders through investment rounds, acquisitions and exits since Techcelerate began in 2006.

Investment

• Getting ready: succession planning, confidentiality agreements and transaction documents, so you are prepared if a buyer approaches.

Corporate law

Beyond deals, the corporate team covers reorganisations and demergers, partnerships and corporate governance, with colleagues across commercial, employment, dispute resolution (including shareholder disputes) and GDPR.

Stuart Scott-Goldstone

Stuart is Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial, and is named a Leading Partner for corporate and commercial work in the Legal 500 (Elsewhere in the North West, 2027). He specialises in corporate finance transactions, including company acquisitions, disposals and venture capital investment, as well as share option schemes and corporate reorganisations. He studied at Christ’s College, Cambridge and holds an MBA in entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School.
