Paul Treloar works with the management teams of high-technology companies to establish them at Sci-Tech Daresbury, then helps them accelerate the growth of their businesses. He has supported the successful scale-up of the campus since 2003.

A founder himself
Paul founded and grew multiple technology companies after a University of Manchester spin-out, and holds a PhD in sensor technology.
Manoj’s sensei
Manoj has known Paul since 2005, when he first pitched to Enterprise Ventures at Sci-Tech Daresbury, and moved there in February 2006. “I learned the art of networking from Paul. He is my sensei!” Paul taught him to make introductions at events, and with John Leake encouraged Manoj to start Techcelerate Coffees in Liverpool. Paul chaired the Hartree Centre meeting with AWS’s Jeff Barr when he visited in 2023.
